Near Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery is the Palm Event Center, a luxurious oasis with panoramic views of Livermore wine country’s lush vineyards. We are delighted to revisit with Christina and Andrew, whom we shot an engagement session in Santa Cruz for earlier in the year. For their big day, the couple chose a picturesque venue lined with palm trees and colored by neatly manicured flowers.
The tall, model-like Christina actually has a height advantage over her groom, and to offset this difference, we employed strategic camera angles and poses.
Following the ceremony was a reception in the Estate Room, wrapped by the romantic, dim light of chandeliers and lined with wine barrels.
We’re always amazed at how fast time flies by when we’re having fun and in the presence of good company.
Once in a while, we’re served with the reminder of how much time has actually passed after we meet an engaged couple for a photo shoot and then find ourselves attending their wedding. As we congratulate them after a fun and memorable night, we’re pretty sure Christina and Andrew, in the presence of each other’s loving company, will find that the years will fly by swiftly as well.
